Makers Across Generations (MAG)

Experience nostalgia and loads of fun as participants build and infuse electronics into yesteryear’s toys. Each will be unique with a blend of new and old. Each participant can look forward to reminiscing the past while embracing modern technology as part of daily lives.

Youths for SSG - 'Sharing STEMs across the Generations'
(23 May '19)
As an inter-generational workshop, youths will be taught to construct STEM toys (made from electronics and robotics) - and traditional toys together with seniors. Each generation will bring with it, unique perspectives on how toys have evolved over the years, and realise that despite their differences, they are remarkably similar. Register here.
Youth Entrepreneurs for Action (19 & 20 March '19)
Students pursuing design, business and service learning kickstart a 6-day design-based entrepreneurship journey to conceptualise, design and prototype their designs, culminating in distribution and competition in September. With seasoned mentors from Launchpad, learning journeys and community visits, students will undergo an authentic, real-world action-based entrepreneurship programme specially catered for Secondary School students.
